We want you to be completely satisfied with your Omorovicza purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, ensuring all protective seals and outer packaging remain intact.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
